- Orders weighing 500g or less: $8.25
- Orders weighing between 501g and 3kg: $1345
- Orders weighing between 3kg and 5kg: $17.15
We use Australia Post for shipping Bag Queen products and orders will be sent within 24 hours.
Should you require your order urgently we can use "Express Post" for guaranteed next day delivery is most capital cities, just let us know via email prior to placing your order and we can add the additional costs for Express Post.

Shipping Fees international
We use Australia Post Pack & Track International or Express Post International. The shipping cost is calculated at the checkout using the destination postcode, please note that some countries charge import and tax duties and Bag Queen is not responsible for these charges. All prices on this site are in Australian Dollar Currency. For your convenience we also display our prices in EUR, GBP and USD. Price change in other currencies possible due to currency exchange rate fluctuation. Please also visit Australia Post for more information on shipping.
Bag Queen wants you to Love your new purchase, if you are not entirely satisfied with the product you have purchased Bag Queen is more than happy to exchange or offer you a refund, and our policy lasts 30 days.
If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
We gladly except returns on all full priced products within 30 days from the purchase date.
We only accept returns on Sale items if the product is found to be defective or damaged within 30 days.
If you change your mind, products must be returned to us unused and in original condition and include dust covers and any bag hooks that were originally attached to the bag.
Bag Queen reserves the right to Not Exchange or Refund any product that has been used, worn or damaged.
General wear and tear on a product is not considered as faulty, therefore No Refunds will apply.
Customers will be responsible for postage charges to return the product for a refund or exchange.
Bag Queen recommends that you return the product via registered/express post so you are protected by Australia Post should any loss occur.
Exchanged products will only be dispatched on receipt of your returns. If Bag Queen is unable to replace or exchange the product returned, we will refund you the full amount of the purchase price. Refunds will be made as soon as possible back to the same account/credit card that made the initial purchase, however please allow 2-7 business days for processing.

If your product was a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return, once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.
