Silver hardware and silver tone clasp featuring looped design with ball detailing. Front envelope flap has magnetic closure and a zip top. This bag comes with two leather shoulder straps, the smaller strap having silver links as a feature on one side.     Bag Queen wants you to Love your new purchase, however sometimes colour is not quite right, or size of the bag is not what you wanted, or maybe you have just changed your mind, therefore we will refund you. 

    However if 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. We gladly except returns on all full priced products within 30 days from the purchase date, provided the bag has not been used and in original condition and the dust cover bag is included in the return.
    We only accept returns on Sale items if the product is found to be defective or damaged within 30 days.

    Bag Queen reserves the right to Not Exchange or Refund any product that has been used, worn or damaged.

    General wear and tear on a product is not considered as faulty, therefore No Refunds will apply.
    Customers will be responsible for postage charges to return the product for a refund or exchange.

    Bag Queen recommends that you return the product via registered/express post so you are protected by Australia Post should any loss occur.

    Exchanged products will only be dispatched on receipt of your returns. If Bag Queen is unable to replace or exchange the product returned, we will refund you the full amount of the purchase price. Refunds will be made as soon as possible back to the same account/credit card that made the initial purchase, however please allow 2-7 business days for processing.

    We do our best to ensure the image, colour and description of the product on the website is an accurate depiction of the product. If your product was a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return, once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you. You will be able to redeem your gift credit online at www.bagqueen.com.au
